CRIMINALITY-IN PROGRESS FOR SECOND TIME AT IP2

I ordered GCMS notes in may 2017 and under assessment I see criminality PASSED ( validity till 17.04.2017 RCMP) so over year ago and my most recent GCMS from april 2018 I see criminality IN PROGRESS ( old value-PASSED new value-IN PROGRESS) ??? Now they are running my Background check (IP2)
So my questions are;

1-Is it possible that CIC is running my criminality once again due to previous is expired???

2-Did I passed my criminality or not yet???

Yes it is possible as the criminality had an expiry date they are performing more checks. It will tell you on your application whether you have passed.

Ok... but first criminality check has been done by CENTRALIZED INTAKE OFFICE in april 2016 and second most recent IN PROGRESS now is done by Office :GCMS-SYSTEM.
My ELIGIBILITY,MEDICAL, is PASSED.

I am having the exactly same issue with you. I got a ghost update yesterday. After I called IRCC, they told me the update was caused by the criminality, which is changed from passed to in progress.
