I would like to ask just in case if I get the PR in Quebec by PEQ, is there any requirement for me to stay within Quebec in the first few years? Or I can just move to other provinces immediately after landing in Quebec?

There is one requirement for the PEQ worker program which I think may be tricky: "have the intention of settling in Québec to hold a job" How can I prove the intention of settling, if I hold a temporary job offer (i.e. with a clear end-date) ?

Thanks, Sindyxinli Your response basically means there is no "area of training" for PEQ worker program too. This is because the NOC classification and "area of training" are two different things. The latter means the jobs that Quebec needs most and these surely will fall into the skilled NOC...

Just to make sure that the Canadian work experience for CEC (and for CRS Canadian work experience points) does not require the job to be in the list of "Occupation in Demand" What is required is the NOC code to be O, A or B. Do I get it right? Many thanks!

Does the "one year" refer to 12 months OR 52 weeks?? In the official site, it always mentions 12 months, but not weeks. Just to make sure the following: If my Letter of Employment writes 1-July-2017 to 30-June-2018, then I think this should be counted as one year. I will be eligible for CEC...

I know that for QFSW programs, applicants have to be within the preferred "Area of Training" to be eligible. Then how about PEQ? For example, if I work in Quebec for more than 1 year, but in the area beyond "Area of Training" eligible for QFSW, then can I still apply for PEQ? It looks like PEQ...

Thanks for your reply. But I think normally speaking, if one receives the ITA (those in the highest ranking in the CRS), they will receive PR, if the applicant does not have anything especially suspicious. That said, having an ITA means very likely to get an PR Do you think so?
