I don't think you need to inform them about the new Work Permit. In the end, they are exactly the same organization that issued it to you.

Nope, it's a CWP extension with the same employer. I applied October 1st :)

I didn't get anything about a crazy week, at this point only one crazy thing here is me :D My friend just wrote that she got invitation to citizenship test which they waited for a year. I guess IRCC really started to work!
