You should wait. October 2021 it’s too early. I understand frustration, but I have a feeling that your friends are lucky. Only majority of inland people from March-April 2021 are getting AR now.

If you, guys, didn’t apply for CSQ, then maybe call IRCC and say that they made a mistake? I am just not sure how you can work in Toronto, when WP indicates that you should work in Quebec. Does this company have office in Toronto too?
