True....its more ambiguous and convoluted as jes_ON said...and yet I think nothing is publicly said ...they are in the webpages that only experts would know about...what about general people???

I submitted the application after 9/17 but my question is : shouldn't they stop accepting the application right away as its all online? Moreover they accepted my payment. I think they should stop accepting applications online if they think they can't process them.

So, as per the notice on the CIC website , it states that since the officers need to know the expiry date of the LMO they no longer process the applications with LMO applied for But what about the applications that they received online? Since I applied for the WP online and paid $150 for that...
