Background check is the longest process, sometimes it can take up to months to complete . Also the tracker hasn’t been working for a while now .. keep your eyes open for emails, and gckey updates.

If the principal applicant is in Canada , they do not ask them to submit passport . They send them portal 1 and 2 to submit information.

I was going to say this as well . Long wait ! Background check is the longest part.. so just sit tight .

You will get a response. They just send out portal 2 last night. They are moving just slow..

Make sure you check you junk mail.. that’s where I got it yesterday .. it was not inbox, and the funniest this you won’t see it on your phone .. I went in the laptop and went inbox and nothing. Went into junk and saw it there from 12pm lol

And for portal 1 , only 7 business days to reply and send information.
