Unfortunately yes. You are placed in a processing queue. This is the only part I hate. I feel like you from once the application is open they should just continue . Meanwhile you have to sit and wait again .. smh

There is nothing to “remind” them to send you BIL. Sometimes it comes after a month or so. My husband receive his a month after AOR , some even 2 months. You are still within timeframe .. inland applications processing time is 12 months, it’s so happen that some applicant do get through earlier...

Canada normally do background check.. it’s like 3 stages so it takes the longest.. like about 3 months. I know it’s long and drawn out .. but keep your head up, you will get through . You’re almost there!

I think 10 months is Inland Outland is 12 months . I think it change recently as well.
