Did u try contacting DHL and if u already booked hubby ticket, u can change the date i guess.. well i know some airlines do it

Really? When did u send in ur application? And it was received in kingston right.! And you tried to email kingston and no reply? This what i do i message them in the morning before they open or during their work time so it just pop up and they see it. I put * RE: SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OR PERMANENT...

Yes it did... from it was sent to kingston it said they received it on which ever date and medicals have been received.

Dnt cry hun... Mine was return cause I missed a signature plus my option C paper... But. They won't send bac da whole package... Well for mine they didn't.. They just send a letter sayin I missed a signature and they high lighted it to show where it was missing and in a week I got approved...

I don't think u can sponsor anyone when you file bankruptcy, why not try consumer proposal.. That would help.. Its under the same bankruptcy company, bt its not bankruptcy. They will put everything u owe and u do a small payment monthly... If this helps!!
