Hi canjam, i. Had the same problem with hubby medical being expired they also emailed me back sayin that there will be a medical issuance and other documentation will be required... so they will send him an email or letter if they need it...thats what i got, dnt kno if anyone have any other...

Some one told me that when it comes to christmas to new years kingston take that whole time off. Lol which i really believe. I think fom the 24th to the 3 of january.they closed but on their website it only say the holiday hours... bt in fact they take that whole time off.. so i guess everything...
