no ): unfortunately not.. the younger sister was part of the application but my friend and her other sister was ONLY declared since they are already over aged. They applied to canada just recently, its actually kinda fast.. :| but yeah.. her parents applied After she was 22

@ angelbrat.. they are over 22 already..one 23 and the other 24..both of them are dependent though coz they dont really technically work yet. :|
