Yes it is… I heard that processing time range from 3 to 6 months depends on the case. I found it unfair that some people get on time and others have to wait for unclear reasons

Some Biometrics are valid for 10 years and you don’t need to redo them. As for the medical, it’s not required by everyone, and if IRCC needs it, they will reach out

I had to submit a PCC from Canada which took around 8 weeks. Along with the PCC from other countries I have lived in.

Did you submit a web form? Did you use an agent to submit your application? In my case, I have used an agent , the agent asked for a lot of documents which I have happily submitted. I thought this would speed up the process. However, I haven’t heard back yet :(
