No..with 1st aor...noone has ever received 2nd AOR..255 is just like gambling...i have 4 mnths left so i applied looking at the current processing time of fsw application..if ur application is already more than 2 months..than applying bowp is useless.coz or will be decided before AOR...thanks

Sorry to hear that..but how come some other fsw applicant has bowp approved.or may be your r10 hasnt been set to passed yet?what does your gcms says about r10 eligibility??

You can ask extension but on what purpose??to be legal you shd have legal status..if you cant get lmia for work than go for visitor visa..you can stay legally for the duration they will give on your tourist visa..this is what i know..u may wait for others advice..thanks

If i am not wrong,u r talking abt ur reference letter from previous employer.basically foreign companies gives employment certificate to everyone in company head letter.If u r referring to the reference letter than its ok to get from senior managers but atleast if you manage to attach their...

I personally know 3 of my collegue got bowp approved for 1 year with 1st aor..they never receive 2nd aor and 1 of them got ppr already...dont waste time..go ahead and apply bowp if u need with your 1st aor....and till this date since EE started..no Inland has received 2nd AOR and most of them...

If june..july applicants are nt moving forward..me being from aug 31..i will just chill out for meantime...bt y cec are getting ppr already from july??as of i know..9 ppl cec july applicant got ppr..
