ITA Applicants 61st draw gather here

I would slow down if I were you. :) Take it easy, you still have 90 days. Spend time revising your e-APR (even with trusted people), required documents, your documents content, draft a nice LOE, etc. Have you done your medicals before getting the ITA?

    Reasons for Rejection

If your letter was written by HR, perhaps you can ask your manager to write another letter with the job responsibilities?

Employer is ignoring my Proof of Work Experience letter request.

I did that for my current job. HR letter showing information such as working hours, salary, job title, start date, etc.. In addition to that, a letter from my manager highlighting my tasks and duties. Both stamped by the company though.

    Forewarning your employer

Try to add as much proof as you can.. Things like employment contract, payslips, promotion letters and even bank statements showing salary remittance, would definitely make your case stronger.

    Eligibility determined by the system

What is your CRS score? When you get invited, you are invited based on your CRS score pre-ITA. So let's say you get invited in May's second draw (end of this month), you wouldn't have completed your 1 year by then. You could submit your documents after your finish 1 year, but your ITA was based...

    IELTS - feeling down

I personally don't believe that the "listening" part of the IELTS system is fair, even to a native speaker, mainly because it's really hard to concentrate on listening and writing down the answer at the same time, regardless of your native language.

    Eligibility determined by the system

I guess the system considers that you started from June 1st till May 31st, which end up being 12 months. When you add a job, you don't specify the days, so that's probably why. I would say that it's better if you wait after you complete the 1 year. The date first became qualified thing doesn't...

Verification call by Immigration Officer to the employer

Have you provided your manage's email address? I guess they would try that if he doesn't pick up the phone.

    mismatch in employment records

I guess it depends on how you listed your jobs in your e-APR. I remember listing mine earliest (top) to current (bottom). I checked again in the submitted application and they indeed show from earliest to current. The website now mentions: Employment Records - {Job Title}.. I could've sworn it...

ITA Applicants 61st draw gather here

Well, the e-APR is the form that you fill with all the info that IRCC wants to know. You don't have to prove everything, only what they ask for in the documents checklist which comes right after you press continue. I suggest you also take a look at this link...

ITA Applicants 61st draw gather here

You need to complete the e-APR forms which look kinda similar to the ones you filled before the ITA, but with more detailed questions (like personal and travel history). When you press continue, you can see the documents checklist. You can always go back to edit the form after reaching the...
