My experience was much worse at the police station. The police man insisted on typing the "addressed to" field himself and ended up writing it completely wrong. I only found out when I got my soft copy. Had to call them and ask for it to be fixed.

Try calling the Dubai Police number. Mine had a spelling error, phoned them and they got it sorted. Your only other option I suppose is to reapply mentioning "Government of Canada" instead.

Do you live in the UAE? If so, request the PCC from the Dubai Police website and choose English as the language. You can address it to "Government of Canada", it's not mandatory to mention Citizenship & Immigration.

That's not true. You can request the certificate to be either in English or Arabic.

I would check with your company first to see if they would be migrating their existing phone number to the new address. Many companies do so, and in such case, I wouldn't be too worried about the address change.

The IELTS and WES certificates are not mandatory, because you have provided their reference numbers in your application. However, it's usually recommended in case there was a mistake in the reference numbers - in which case a nice visa officer would refer to the certificates.

IP2.

According to this page, you do NOT need to provide a police certificate for Canada. "The Canadian visa office will tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed."

No. IP2 is when it says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." About the RPRF, I think yes. But others here can confirm.

Did you notice any background check status apart from NA before? When did you pass your meds?

What does your experience letter look like? How does it mention the UK period? Were your duties the same throughout your time in India and the UK?

This "usually" means that you've passed the R10 check, which means that your documents are complete. They're now checking your criminality and eligibility. When your BG status changes again to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.", it...

Just put the date you started working explaining why you put it. Did you undergo any training to become a financial analyst? If so, you can put a date of when you got a certificate of completion. This question is usually more relevant to occupations which require a license like medicine.
