Misinterpretation is if they asked you something during your student application related to your work experience and you answered differently than what's in your EE profile. If you were not asked anything about work experience before, there's no misinterpretation.

FDs are fine as long as you show their source if they were newer than 6 months.

If your company can issue the letter in English, no need to go through the trouble of translating it.

Only those accounts that cover the required funds. I'm not sure how they treat excessive debts (since you also need to show them), so if you have a lot of debts, it's always better to provide proof of funds that exceeds the minimum.

If you can also get it stamped, it makes it look a lot more authentic. If you want to have separate letters for tasks/duties and things like salary, working hours, etc., that also works.
