Biometrics requisition letter will be a bar coded form normally downloadable from myCIC page.

Did you check your ecas status

Didn't the instruction (you quoted above) say all pages. Better to send one pdf file of multiple pages.

Normally biometrics are uploaded same day.

What is LVO for Appl#2?

All AORs are issued by CPC-M. SA letter will tell your LVO.

What was the date of letter? Today Nov 15?

If you go to ecas and click on sponsor side, there will be a date saying we started processing your application ...

You will soon (in a week) receive sponsorship approval letter indicating your parents' visa office. Now most of correspondence will be made to your parents (principal applicant).

Please mention your application received date or approx line number when requesting updates on the tracker.

Did the letter from CIC ask specifically about PCC from Iran? If I were you, I will send PCC for last 10 years' residency and wait for further instructions from the case officer.
