If it is second decision made (DM2 for principal applicant) it is normal to appear only in ECAS. If it is first DM (for sponsorship) there is a chance that it will remain as it is for long time. Biometrics, medical and PCC requests come after DM1. @worlduser

If you send copies of passports through IRCC webform, that should be fine. You don't need to send to specific visa office. @karachi_boyz

Travel history is IMM5562e. You may include your citizenship in the purpose column. For example: "on business trip with UK passport"

Please go through the PPR thoroughly. PPR is received only for principal applicant. It looks like that they intended say passports of all applicants and has to be mailed separately. In my case only PA was the applicant, so I do not know the process for PA+dependents.

How many pages of letter you have received? Your parents' applications looks complete and DM2/PPR can happen anytime soon.
