If you go through SA letter from CPC-M, they might have mentioned biometric, PCC and medical.
For biometric and medical, requisition letters are needed, however there will be no separate letter for PCC.
Assuming all the users of tracker reported progress in their cases, significant cases are finalized only for the applicants who applied before May 21, 2021. There are 13 cases applied in May 22 yet to finalize.
The local municipality office may be able to issue marriage certificate in native language.
Start the process to get it and inform IRCC that you will submit once you receive it.
