june 19,2010..............application forwarded to The canadian embassy july 30,2010...............received an email documents needed,police clearance,nbi clearance and my signed contract august 10,2010........forwarded my police clearance and my signed documents...

have already my thumbmark,cos i took a form from the philippine embassy here in uae,and i sent it to my mother,for them to apply in my behalf,i gave them authorization letter.my question is,can my mother send the said clearance direct to the canadian embassy here in uae.....tanx
