can my mother send direct my nbi clearance, to the canadian embassy,im in uae?

just want to ask some help,can my mother could send my nbi clearance direct to the canadian embassy,since im working abroad,cos thats my last requirement to complete my working permit.

Hi,

I think you need to put your thumbprint somewhere on the clearance in order for it to be valid.

Upon receipt of your clearance certificate, please examine it for the presence of the embossed NBI DRY SEAL at its lower left portion. The clearance is invalid without this seal. You must also affix your clear and properly taken THUMBPRINT on the space provided for in the clearance certificate before submitting it to any requesting office.

have already my thumbmark,cos i took a form from the philippine embassy here in uae,and i sent it to my mother,for them to apply in my behalf,i gave them authorization letter.my question is,can my mother send the said clearance direct to the canadian embassy here in uae.....tanx

The NBI clearance itself will have a space for the thumbprint. Your fingerprints were taken as part of the application submitted to NBI office. Note that the NBI Clearance that's going to be sent to you has a "Thumbprint" space under your picture. You put your thumbprint on that space.
