Apply on paper in July, get oath in March. Apply online in July, get Background completed in March. What a joke. :rolleyes:

It seems like your application was not put into processing, so your money should still be refundable. You will not accomplish anything by calling because those agents have zero power to do anything.

Maybe they sent too many test invitations and their Pentium 4 servers cannot handle the load.

Nice, AOR in a month, while there is nobody to process the applications efficiently afterwards.

To be honest here, it would have taken you less time and fewer keystrokes to go on ECAS and check if your application shows up there than making this post. Online applications don't seem to show up on ECAS. Try it.

Do they even have web form agents working and replying to requests anymore? I think they transferred all of the workers to Ukraine crisis special form! https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Crisis Mental health crisis because of IRCC probably does not qualify.

What address did you email? Which office is processing your application?

I emailed the office that was supposed to be processing my old application. Your situation is different. You can find the emails of offices where they send citizenship test, interview request, etc. from, on this forum.

I can finally track my application 5 weeks after AOR! Sent a letter mail, 2 web forms, and 2 emails without any responses.

Well, at least you all can track your applications; I cannot use either of the trackers because of their broken system still showing me my Withdrawn application.

We will see if the AOR people are simply adding to the backlog of applications with nobody to process the files as quickly as they process AORs now.

The online application asks you only for the bio page.

Well, the honourable minister says it would not be fair to put some people in front of the queue, and they don't do that. :)

No response to me in 33 34 days and counting!

Online application asks for it if you answer Yes to "In the past 4 years, were you in a country or territory other than Canada for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18)?" I still submitted one as a supporting document at the end because I stayed in another country for almost 183 days.

Family member sent a Web form, received a response after 39 days. Emailed London IRCC directly, received a response after only 20 minutes. Crazy!

You applied in April 2021, already Decision Made, but complain that Edmonton office is slower than London? :D I have a family member who applied in November 2020 in London, Decision Made in February 2022, oath date end of April. Nobody at London IRCC even worked on my file for 19+ months at...

Did you receive the email? How long in advance of the oath date? What email address did it come from?
