I-94 look up equivilency in Canada

It doesn't matter... cos all those trips were day trips (return within the hour) for gas/package pickup. So once we get the dates (either US or Canadian), we can list them for the travel history. For real trips, we have those dates marked down and/or have e-tickets. So those trips are good.

    Vancouver applicants - (C-6 10/11)

We still haven't applied. Hubby never noted down his gas/package pickup trips across the border. Likely will need to wait for cbsa travel history to re-build this travel history.

Thanks for the link. I think we will need to get travel history from this. Somehow I94 only show up to 2015 when we print that online.

I am not familiar with foreign worker policy. It may be better if you check and ask question at the express entry or foreign worker sections of this forum. This section is related to family sponsorship and you cannot be sponsored via family sponsorship.

Agree. And you don't know that they are staring at you unless you are staring back! :) Most people here are friendly.

Just give you an idea: What is a Labour Market Impact Assessment? A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job. It will also...

Require Ontario Health Card - OHIP

If her PR visa expiry is later, it may be better to have her fracture treated and wait for the bone to heal (6 - 8 weeks to settle) before she land. The 3 months waiting period would be a problem if there is any complication.

Parents Sponsorship - any clues / changes expected?

I hope they won't allow ineligible applications to enter into the lottery in 2018. It's frustrating just reading those posts on the forum.

    Joining Spouses MSP

If I remember correctly, I sent the AIP email as the proof to add my husband into my MSP plan. This is for BC MSP. Every province is different.

Going on a holiday while waiting for an inland application - is it risky?

It depends on how much you want to risk your application for the trip. We applied inland and actually had our honeymoon in Canada because we didn't want to risk crossing the border. He is from a visa exempt country and theoretically should be OK to cross the border. But again, we didn't want...

    Further Medical test for Wife

Did you applied via Spousal sponsorship? Or other way to immigrate to Canada? Rules for medical may be slightly different for spousal sponsorship vs EE vs other economic immigration route

Marrying a Mexican woman if I have a Canadian PR

I mean she can get an eTA and visit canada up to 6 months just like any other tourist from Mexico. She cannot work and cannot stay here permanently. To do that, you have to sponsor her for PR.
