Hey does anyone know when they ask for additional family info and they ask for place of birth, is that just country of its city and contry?

Thanks, i will wait them for PPR and request to change visa office then. It is just a bit tricky because I will be moving from Europe to South America soon so hopefully I can settle everything once I am in south america since I will be there for about 3 months then return to Canada in August...
