They are essentially trying to figure out where your funds came from , if you had a huge deposit in your account on the date mentioned then they went to know where did the money come from. They want to know how you will support yourself and where the money you have right now came from .

Yeah but I have to apply earlier than the three months because I need the full period of my study permit shown when I apply for my visas for the countries Im going to for school so my letter explains that so I am not worried that it is more than 3 months in advance . Thank you faredtsbc :)

I am under the impression you can only apply to the VAC office if you are in Canada and meet the conditions but i think if you are in your home country , you apply to your home office Please double check as I am not too sure

I did get the study permit but I also did get it processed faster as I had a family emergency and needed to leave Canada ASAP. As long as all your documents are in order you should have no issue getting it
