Does your employment need to be continuous for CEC on EE? Are you allowed to have a gap or can all exeperince be used to calculate one year of experience? What if you were unemployed for a few months and then returned to employer?

Yes, that is correct no gap so do the math that we suggest above to calculate. No gaps but if you have a gap you need to calculate hours and translate to 30 hours week and 1 year minimum cumulative experience for cec.

It says if you were in states for 6 months or more you need fbi letter for application to be approved.

You need the FBI letter to submit for application to be complete.

How many hours for full-time work for CEC for EE eligibility? Is it 1560 or more? How is it calculated?

I looked on the CEC section and did not see any members who actually knew how to answer this question. None with reliable resources or references.

Okey doke guess my hours varied from 15-65 hrs per week so I need to start calculating my actual weeks based on 30 hours per week to then to see if I qualify. Good to know. My lawyer told me it was just an hours accumulation as well of 1560! Could possibly they have been wrong! Wow.
