I got my passport with visa back with COPR papers last March 13, 2024

My VO was Manila. I see people from other VO don't get their PPR for 6 months (either background check is taking too long, etc.). It really depends on your case and everyone's case is different. I would wait a month or two more for your case.

I saw my COPR details on tracker late December 2023 but didn't get PPR until Feb 2 2024. It's different from case to case, and from what I have read, COPR showing up doesn't mean you're 100% approved.

My visa office is in Manila, Philippines and it took 17 working days (which is almost 1 month) from passport submission.

All VACs do not have control over processing times when it comes to stamping. It is up to the respective Embassy/IRCC office's discretion when they return the processed passport.
