Contact the university/college that you are interested in. Usually good universities, no but you can make that up with a strong quantitative in the SAT and SAT subject exams. Colleges and lower ranked universities, you may be able to get in.

Think of it this way. If you apply for PGWP after this program only it will be 8 months, if you apply after back-to-back 8 month programs then it will be 3 years.

All I am saying is that you should only apply if you think you have done ALL you can to make your application strong. Because if you get rejected 3 times, I would not bother applying again. If you are happy, then apply but if you think you can add more money, show more funds, write a better SOP...

I wouldn't recommend applying so fast. After 3 rejections, the chances are you will never get it approved. If I were you I would really take the time to make the strongest application possible because after 3 I would say your chances are between 1-5%

I actually did not see that part. If they cite Evidence of Funds then that means that they do not believe the money you claimed in your application that you have is legitimate (or real). Basically you need to convince them that you actually have this money.
