Yes i did call them too in july ， the lady on phone said my file is not with them ， she gave me the email address ：CIO-Syndey-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca ，which i have shoot a email to the same day two months ago ， no reply of cause ！ So hard to contact them and feeling helpless ！

Get to talk to agent , but she told me that the bcpnp applicant will have to contact the case processing center , centralized intake office for information ! Which we can only mail them the question or email them ! And wait for about 40 days for their reply ! Am I correct !?

thanks for reply , but i think pnpinfo is only for pnp applicant , after you get your nomination and you submit your application to cic , you will have to contact cic office for your inquiry which takes months for them to reply , good luck on you application too
