For me I got send original passport with medical request and right of landing fees.

The hospital will need to see her form. From the form, the doctor will need to encode the details into the system. The medical Received will be logged under the processing status. That is after the doctor encodes the results into the system. Hope this helps

Hi. I was also requested to get FBI clearance and a state clearance. My consltant informed CiC that it will take 12 weeks for the FBi clearance. However, when the State clearance was submitted, CiC already asked my passport maybe because the State clearance is sufficient enough.

Yes.. All forms.. your credentials should be updated as well... Like certificate of employment, bank certificate.. And double check everything before sending :) Bonne Chance!

Thank you.. Actually 2013 applicant pa ako... E binalik yung application ko kasi puno na ang cap.. So noong nag open pass agad.. Supposedly May 1 pa ako submit, nag double check consultant ko, may missing form ako so na delay.. Just be patient.. Darating na yan...

Thanks. Actually my passport request was at the same time as my medical.. However because of FBI requirement, i only sent it on the 6th.

Hi Neth, Ako po Malaysia based.. Ginawa ko pumunta ako sa Phil embassy hinanap ko ung NBi personal para ma assist ako sa fingerprint.. Then pinadala ko yung form sa pinas kasama ng authorization letter amd picture ko. Mom ko ang nag submit sa NBI.

Hi All, Just want to share the good news.. My visa was approved 27th January. :)

I got 9 in reading, 8 in listening, 7.5 in speaking.. Ang guess what my writing is 6! So dont feel bad... I write blogs and essays and i got a very low score on writing.. Ironic?
