I am sorry to suggest this, but confusion is kinda your best friend at the moment. They're keeping you in the dark, you might want to throw everything you have out there and hoping one of those emails and calls sticks.

That's a sad state of affairs. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is keep calling them and emailing them reminders - telling them that your deadline is approaching quickly and you are worried, as this would massively set you back through no fault of your own if they do not respond.

Can you try calling the Sydney office, since that's where your file currently is?

If his work experience is in the last ten years, and his job description matches with the requirements of the NOC you're claiming for, alongwith hours worked/week it will be counted. The date of graduation is of no consequence to work experience.
