Which experience counts after graduation as per Canada or as per my country?

Hi,

My husband is primary applicant. He has been working in finance field since 2005. he has done B.Com in 2008 which is a two year program. he has complete his MBA in Finance & accounts in 2016.

My query is how job experience would be count?

A) From 2005 till date
B) From 2 year graduation that is 2008.
C) From MBA that is 2016.

The motive to ask this is because as per ECA cumulative of B.Com 2 year program + MBA 2 year program is equal to graduation of Canada.

So experience would be counted after graduation as per Canada or as per my country which is 2008 in this case?

If his work experience is in the last ten years, and his job description matches with the requirements of the NOC you're claiming for, alongwith hours worked/week it will be counted.

The date of graduation is of no consequence to work experience.
