yes it can be a problem as job duties must clearly match with job profile. plse insist your boss and convince him to mention job duties. u can write job duties accordingly and try to convince your boss. the visa officer may look at the job duties. also try to get the appointment letters...

hi u can also look at royal bank of canada if u r staying in mumbai. this bank is very good and its services surpasses the services that r offered by scotia bank. i m in delhi. my bad luck is that there is no branch of royal bank of canada here in delhi.
