Do u think it would be reasonable to get applications reached CIO before NOV 1 returned, while those reached after NOV 1 get processed !!? BTW, 99% the application returned yesterday for aler123 was opened after NOV 1. I don't think they would return applications reached before NOV 1 and...

Have any of you guys applied without including his pre-college transcripts, I mean primary and secondary/high school transcripts, and did get his PER letter ? I got worried when I found you mentioning that as I haven't included any of that in my application package.

I am from Egypt, application reached CIO on October 1, and I applied with 4 years of TA/RA experience, 2 from Canada and 2 from home country.

Great news regarding the Tuition, but any news regarding the cap, I just applied 2 days ago but I am afraid that I have applied after the cap was reached.
