Hi, My husband is the Primary applicant and we have applied under CEC on Jan 2nd, 2015. But we didn't an ITA. However we have not yet done our ECA. Now that we are planning to go for ECA, can anyone quickly please suggest that ECA need to be done for both Primary applicant and Spouse to boost...- SATHY1403
