ECA needed for Spouse - To boost points?

Hi,

My husband is the Primary applicant and we have applied under CEC on Jan 2nd, 2015. But we didn't an ITA. However we have not yet done our ECA.

Now that we are planning to go for ECA, can anyone quickly please suggest that ECA need to be done for both Primary applicant and Spouse to boost up score?

But not sure if the draw happened for CEC category!

When you say you applied you mean you submitted your Express Entry profile?

The first draw has already been done, the minimum score was 886. As it stands, if you don't have an LMIA-supported job offer you will need all the points you can get, meaning ECA for both principal applicant and spouse.

I was wondering there is very limited or NO draws for CEC happened?

Any thoughts on that??
