the number of applications we have counted into the cap, AND those applications that we have confirmed are complete, and are pending a review of whether they meet the criteria to be processed under the MI. Anybody knows what MI means on the cic website?

How many times did you call them untill u got through. I have been calling for several times it always says there is no available operator now please try later.

What do you mean by "going down" - CIC is working slowly or the program will be closed by the end of the year. I am august applicant and have not received my PER very worried.
