FSW 2014 August Applicants

Hello All,


Most of Augustians have now received PER. Gr8 job CIC....

Now do we wait until we hear from our VISA Offices for MR, to update them for any changes or should we do it now itself ?????

Also for London Visa Office approx MR request comes after 2 months from PER, so considering that should I keep Medical reports ready for me and my wife in advance around Feb and just send them as soon as I get its request ??? or should I get my medicals done only after I receive its request from them ???

VERY SAD , you may get preparation for Express of Entry ( January 2015 ) with upgrade your IELTS score .

Friends - I was applying for FSW. However today I got my Ielts general score which is 5.5 overall.

Reading: 5
Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 6.5
Listinigng: 6

Am I still eligible to apply for FSW or not. Please comment as my all documents are ready and was just waiting for IELTS result

even i am sending to check if there is any one same case but it seem that i am the only case

i havent received any thing from CIC ( charges or rejection )

i send them mail for clarifications but same silent no reply

after 2 days i will be passed 4 months since i sent my application

i dont know what can i do

I am an exception, I assume. My application reached there on 13th August and DD got encashed on 18 Nov for NOC 2171. However, I am still waiting for PER

When do you think I should expect it?

Finally received my PER email a few minutes back. My details are as follows:-

NOC : 2171
App received date : 29-Aug-2014
DD encashed :-19-Nov-2014(as per PER email)
PER received :- 19-Dec (112 days from date of application and 30 days from charge date)

Congrats!!!
I am also in same NOC and my DD got encashed on 18th Nov. Not sure why till now I have not heard anything :'(

2171 got capped early September... so MOST of the applications in 2171 are in August (approx 525) and there is simply no order to CIC sending out PER.
My guess is you should be getting something either on 22/23 Dec or just after Christmas om 29/30. Most of the folks in CIC will be on leave starting 24th Dec till new year so things are slow but please please be assured if your DD is encashed you are certainly getting the PER.

Could there be further delay because of this holiday season in Canada? I heard that attendance in this office will be thin and people will start coming to office only after 5th Jan. Is it fact?

Hello August Applicants...

Many congrats to those who got charged/received PER.

My application was received on Aug 28.. Since then, I haven't heard a thing (neither been charged (CC) nor my application returned).

This uncertainty is driving me nuts....

Is there hope or should I forget it....?

Its me again.................... getting quite frustrated and confused.
Application received 25th Aug
DD not yet charged, no return of documents.
I have contacted CIC and the lady on the phone said they do not have any information as regards FSW applications however she gave me an email address for CIO, I hve since emailed them but up till now no response.
CIC am on my knees asking you to put me out of my misery and en-cash my DD and send me my PER.

My app reached CiIC on 8th august! No news since then! My bank couldn't confirm if the dd has been charged ir not! Frustrating at its worst!!!

Only after you get MR request.

Gupta saab, you will get PER for sure and it can be anytime, maybe over this weekend but it will come for sure. Generally PER emails are a automatic thing and hope you have given a correct email id. Good luck and I think you will get by this weekend or max by Christmas. Santa will send you PER mail for sure

.kindly clear i have applied in august in category 2232 and made my D.D. not from my account but through money exchange office ....so the problem is i haven't get my file number whereas my friends who have applied in september category 2132 had recevied his file number(made dd through his account)................plz help
