I am a little confused with the Section of work experience outside Canada. I can see CLB 7 and more. Please can you help out 2 degrees obtained =119 Age26=100 ielts scores L, S , W, R 6, 6.5, 6,6=32 work experience outside Canada 3 to 4 years= ?????????

Does it mean I can't submit with scores of 6,6,6.5,6 in listening,reading,speaking and writing. Does it mean if I submit my ielts with these results I wouldn't get any points?
