    Hi Man: Once again, if you read the FORM at the top it said " Do NOT send passports for non-accompanying family members". So you are NON-ACCOMPANYING member in her PR application. In short, they need infos only of the passports will be sent with this FORM. Hope it helps now.

    Yes, they confused with the wording " 4 recent passport photos" They could have just said "4 recent photos" of XXXXXXXXXX sized. Trivial matter could be very bothering though.
