Just called FBI customer care. Opening 22 April.. Processing 20 April It is strange, last Thursday also they were opening 22nd April when i checked...may be too many applications.. i asked how much time they take to process.. she said usually a week after opening applications..

thats not true..i read somewhere in thread with AOR received that some people were asked to upload their FBI PCC which was not submitted with original application. there is no black and white answer for rejection.

depends what your local consulate needs.. they must have listed all the requirements on their website. for my case i did all things notarized as it was needed...

i got mine from SFO consulate. yes they keep the passport with them. I sent mine through courier. time line: documents reached 29th April returned back with PCC: 16th May. hope it helps..
