I got that same reply from them, after couple of days i called the call center I found out it was approved yesterday. They mailed it yesterday, i might probably receive it on Friday.

thanks. Yeah you will be next. when it gets upto 16weeks and you still didnt hear from them, shoot them an email and they will get back to you within 20days.

Hey guys I called call center today, my application for work permit/restoration have been approved today ;D AM SO HAPpY. It just takes a lot of time, all you have to do is to be patient.
