IRCC RESPONSE BACK

hI IS THERE ANYONE WHO SUBMITTED THE TECHNICAL ISSUE REPORT (EXAMPLE -
mYCIC NOT BEING UPDATED) THROUGH THE IRCC WEBFORM ? IF SO THEN DID ANY OF U GET ANY RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM WAS IT ON THE 10TH DAY OR THEY ALSO REPLY BEFORE .. I KNOW ITS 10 B. DAYS AND UM WAITING FOR THAT.... BUT I WANNA KNOW DO THEY REALLY REPLY BACK WITH THE PROPER SOLUTION AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM ?

Hi I have used the IRCC webform for when I was having issues linking my file to mycic account.They definitely take more than 10 days.I figured out the solution by myself till they realized what the issue was :/
Try calling the CIC.They might be able to help you!

Hi my concern was we need to upload my pcc and schedule A within 16th april .. and MYCIC account is showing nothig to upload ..nd i called the agents nd they also told to wait for the ircc tech supp. people to reply .. so um getting really worried about that ..if the account does'nt get updated how um gonna submit my document ? i did also uploaded through ircc webform but not sure if they gonna accept that way .. was your problem also similar like mine ? if so how did u figure out ..?

No sorry,mine was completely different.Uploading documents is crucial.I really hope they respond to you soon enough.Hopefully someone else in the forum has encountered this issue.

u can uploaded through ircc webform.the instructions are well mentioned in request letter of imm5669 and PCC.

Im having similar situation like you, can't upload Schedule A. I also have submitted through webform on march 20th but still not sure if they have accepted. Please keep me updated.

HI there ,, yes i would suggest to upload them via web form coz lot of us has done so .. so just to be safe upload the form .. also if anyone of us get any response back from them then please do update us so that all of us can know ..

don't worry i sent my schedule a through the webform as soon as they requested it (which was the same day).. they didn't reply until a month later saying it was received and forwarded to the VO. i also sent out enquiries and it's been more than a month, still no reply. they might be short staffed.

Webforms are convenient to use for sure. You can definitely do that. I decided to mail mine instead. They received it the next day. They attached it to my file right away. One week later my background check started.
March 2017 applicant.

I have mailed my in and it have being received when I tracked it through Canada post, but being a week now if haven't being updated online it still shows this below:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 30, 2017.
2. Medical results have been received.
3. We sent you correspondence on April 24, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

I don't know what to do
