Why do they say they don't have access, like they cant do anything, but when you tell them (or [lie]) its in progress, please give the number etc, they give it! what a bunch of liars!

Have you email or called CIC for any update? try calling them and see what they can tell you. But otherwise, I guess we just have to keep waiting. I hope to hear something end of this month at least, even if it is a rejection, at least I know.

It will take 20 working days (28 days including weekends) to hear back from CIC. When did you email them? they normally do reply on the 20th day (I have emailed them twice and both times they've responded on the 20th day)

Vats, you or anyone else on this forum, are not CIC, so no one can be sure. You might be right, based on the activity from forum users and spreadsheet data, that up till May have succeeded in the Cap, but who knows what goes on at CIC. I remember a few days ago, that someone said they called CIC...

srip17, had the same thing when i called up last week. The lady (probably the same one as you had), kept saying she wouldnt be able to find my details with my name or DOB and the only way to contact CIC was by email (which I already had on 05.08.13) I didnt tell her which noc I was applying for...

wow! this is really positive news, because it means us 2174 and 1112 applicants who didn't make the cap, may have a second chance.. lets hope this is true. Thanks for sharing the info. :)

I did mine with WES and they were very quick. Once they had all documents it took them 2 weeks, and a few days to receive it (3 weeks in total, a month at the most I would imagine). However, I didn't send off my application until June so cant comment if it was quick had I applied in April when...

How do you know there's about 450 applications to be cleared? is this number based on the spreadsheet?

It should say in the email/letter the date of when the application was received. It doesn't say below.. ???

I am not sure this is true, because this memeber posted this on 24.08.13 and he/she sent thier app in June

wow! i just checked the spreadsheet, your application was received 19.06 and you received PER on 03.09 (cap was filled 23.08 for NOC 0211 AND 2174). That's great! it means there is some hope for us June 2174 applicants. Congrats and good luck :D :D
