I know what it means, I meant, has anyone actually typed this UCI number in on CIC web site, against a returned application? I'm curious to know what it says if you did type it in, even though the application has been returned (due to cap being full)

But what does the UCI mean? what I mean is, can you type that number in and get some status/info regarding your file(despite it returned)? seems like a waste of their time in my opinion.

If an applicant has a job offer, it should say on the front of the package, with the address, so that CIC can identify those that have and those that don't have.

Totally agree, why cant they just send them back, surely its quicker to return applications than go through them, checking if they pass stage 1 etc etc. My guess is they are leaving them for now as they are not urgent, and working through the other NOC, like 2147, which seems to be quite active...

Totally true! I wont say much because once I start, I will go into rant mode.. lets just hope that we get what we're wishing for in life, and if we dont, we can at least try and not give up.
