I believe you must have sent your old passport as well. Seniors please advice.... It is better to land either in end of march or beginning of april. But ideal time is May. I cannot wait until may as my medical is expiring in beginning of May 2012.

Hi, We sent our passport to LVO. But they will courier us via AD Visa Office. Where this program going to be happened? Is it in Bahrain or outside? Are you from India or Pakistan?

How many family members u have? Ethihad is giving 46+7 kg weight.

I think you are in Dubai. It is better if you get ethihad. They give 46 kg baggage allowance. Also no hassle in London airport as they directly fly to Toronto. If u catch any flight which pass through London, some time u will have to obtain transit visa.

Thanks Sami. I missed this post to read. It is really informative. One of my friend recently passed by UK. But they did not ask for a UK valid visa from him. As you said lets receive the passports first. My medical also expiring in end of April.

Sathi - are you from Sri Lanka ?

Are they calculating the points after medicals? It is not realistic. How come they rejected your application at the last stage. Did you appeal? What is your profession? What is the points you claimed from your wife?

I concur this. You must remit the money via swift. Once you have done the payment pls send a copy of the swift message to LVO. So that they can make sure the receipt of fund from you.
