Sara you have 25 points in education because your education is master + 17 or above years of education :) i have the same case.

dear dont waste the time to convert the NER to PER , submit new application , your NOC will take more time to cap so you have sufficent time to resubmit your application , you can resubmit your application yourself. download the job duties of your noc from cic website . good luck :)
