my employer was not ready to give a certificate like that hence we went on with judiciary, even some of the forum members sujested similar procedure.....

it was a wrong suggestion whosoever gave it to u. convince ur employer to give it to u on the letterhead.

dear westpoint,YH,other seniors

today my CISC agent forwarded me the NER mail which she received from CIO.

the reason stated was the immigration officer was not satisfied with the duties and responsibilities i have specified in my work experience proof document did not match with the duties and responsibilities of the NOC stated by CIO

now my agent is telling that she is talking with some senior counsel,

is there any chance that this NER decision by CIO will be reverted back and the same application can be accepted ?

or do i have to submit a new application?

please advice.....

dear dont waste the time to convert the NER to PER , submit new application , your NOC will take more time to cap so you have sufficent time to resubmit your application , you can resubmit your application yourself.
download the job duties of your noc from cic website .
