But...I don’t believe you can go to a DHL in Cuba and buy a pre-paid stamped envelope in which the Mexico processing Center would mail your passport back. You can send a passport to Mexico with DHL, but how do you get it back?

My husband and his boys did their medicals in February...this is the message we have: "We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message for details" Did anyone else get this? There is no "medical exam request message" other than the requests...
