Hi Snowflake, My husband uses digicel as well. We contacted customer care and were able to order the last three months of phone records. They only have the latest 3 months though. He had to go to Montego Bay to pick them up directly there as well. Good luck

I'm in the same boat as you Greengurl. I received the approval letter on March 28 and I check every day on ecas but still nothing has changed. Fingers crossed they will update us somehow soon.
