in most cases they do tend to help depending on your mp in your area.....so currently I am seeking help from my mp and they are in their level best trying to help where ever they can so yea give it a try it doesnt hurt to try.

another suggetions is to prob speed up your correspondence would be contact the mp in your area. They usually can fwd email from their office faster and mostly likely CHC will also respond to them alot faster than to our email....
